You can get to my office in the Currie Barracks Business Park via 3 routes.


Via Crowchild Trail SW

This is likely your best bet. Take the Flanders Avenue / Richard Road Interchange which can be accessed from either northbound or southbound Crowchild Trail.

  • go westbound on Flanders Avenue
  • turn right (northbound) on Breskens Drive
  • turn right (eastbound) on Battleford Avenue.


Via Richardson Way SW

Also a good option. Richardson Way can be accessed from either 37 Street or Richard Road.

  • go north on Quesnay Wood Drive
  • turn right (eastbound) on Battleford Avenue.


Via Currie Barracks Community

This residential area is accessed via Sarcee Road and then you’ll need to make your way through the community.

  • go east on Dieppe Drive SW
  • turn right (southbound) on Quesnay Drive
  • turn left (eastbound) on Battleford Avenue.

My office is located in SW Calgary just off of Crowchild Trail, in the Currie Barracks Business Park.

I’m in Building B8, you’ll see ‘Film Services Offices‘ on the upper southeast corner of the building.

There are 4 entrances to my building, the closest entrance to my office is via the SE corner.

The building is quite old and as such has no elevator. My office is on the upper floor, you will need to climb 3-sets of 9-stairs to reach me

If you find yourself arriving too early for your appointment, more than 10 minutes before, then you’ll need to know that I don’t have waiting room for you to pass time in…  please relax or go for a walk, enjoy the free time then come up to my office closer to your scheduled time.

Appointments are booked Monday through Friday. Evening appointments are available on Mondays & Wednesdays, earlier morning appointments are available on Thursdays.

I don’t have any weekend appointments, that is my time for family, and to rest and rejuvenate.

I deeply respect our session times and will always do my best to start and finish on time and as we have scheduled together. Please plan on arriving a couple of minutes early. If you are late for any reason, I won’t be able to run over to make-up for the lost time.

I accept debit, e-transfers, cash, VISA and Mastercard. GST will be added to all prices.

Full payment is required at the time of each visit, I’m unable to carry a balance forward.

I will always make recommendations for follow-up care and schedule your next appointment before you leave. So bring along your schedule!

In order to receive the full benefit of your program, it is important to follow the recommended schedule.

Sometimes life doesn’t proceed as planned. I understand, we’ll work around it…

Having said that, I do require a MINIMUM of 2 business days advance notice if you find you must reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

Please understand that my time is my income. Due to the length of time I book for sessions I have limited availability each day and late cancellations do not allow others to book in.

Late cancellations and missed appointments are detrimental to my business.

I offer evening appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays. Shortly after 6 pm the main doors to the building are locked for security reasons.

Your first biofeedback appointment will be 90-minutes long. I’ll want to get an understanding why you are seeking out my services so that I can best help you. I’ll require you to sign a consent form.

I have a large, comfy chair for you to sit in though still recommend wearing something loose fitting and comfortable. Drink plenty of water the day of your session.

To help me understand where you’re at nutritionally, bring a record of 2-3 days of your food and beverage intake as well as a list of any supplements you take (note the brand name as well). If it’s easier, feel free to bring your supplements along with you.

We’re going to sit at the table talk all about nutrition. Bring your questions, feel free to write them down so you don’t forget any of them.

To help me understand your starting point, bring a record of 2-3 days of your food and beverage intake. I will require you to sign a consent form.

If you take any supplements on a regular basis, please list them for me noting the brand name as well. If it’s easier, bring your supplements along to the appointment with you.

Meal Plans, My Philosophy 2016-11-16T10:53:36+00:00

I’ve had many clients ask me to create meal plans for them. It’s been my experience that, unfortunately, they don’t give us the results we are looking for. People quickly find them too restrictive, may not like a particular food choice and then only stick to it for a week or two. This is not success in my books.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

I love to teach people all about foods, and what food they need to put on their plate. My approach gives far more flexibility, with the enjoyment of food choices. It’s ever lasting, going far beyond a weeks’ road map of meals.
