Our ancestors would have also been investing extra energy in hunting, gathering and storing. In our day and age, it is hunting season.
Autumn is the time we intuitively get ready for winter. We’re slowly adding more fats back as the cooler days & nights creep in. Our bodies are doing the right thing, preparing.
